1 common failures and troubleshooting methods

Symptom

Check, remove the order and method

High and low pressure but no change in normal

A. check whether water tap water or low water pressure;

B. check whether the pump is normal;

C. check if the gem nozzle is normal (water jet divergence);

D. check blocking sheet peephole has no oil leakage, water leakage (leakage, indicating that the high pressure cavity seal damage; oil leakage, indicating that cylinder baffle plate on the dynamic seal damage. ;

E. check whether the water inlet valve failure (inlet water pipe is obvious);

F. check whether the failure of the one-way valve (check valve is a significant heat);

G. check the high-pressure plunger rod is fracture (dismantled into, a water outlet pipe and a water outlet one-way valve, into the high-pressure cylinder into a fine steel wires, probe into the plunger rod, open the oil pump motor, to observe whether the wire out of the top. Don't push out or move distance is small, while the plunger rod has been broken).


High and low voltage and no switching time is too long or not reversing

A. if not change and the oil is very high, with a hand to push the valve at either end of the solenoid valve stem;

B. adjust the Holzer switch position (the Holzer switch to the direction of the cylinder slightly moving)

C. check whether the Holzer switch is normal; (refer to the next section)

D. check whether the electrical part of the valve is normal; (refer to the next section)

E. to confirm whether the adjustment of the oil pump flow (Tai Xiao);

F. to confirm whether to adjust the overflow valve flow (Tai Da);

G. check valve plug is blocked or wear; (refer to the next section related content)

H. check whether the piston seal in the cylinder is damaged. (refer to the next section)


Normal or high pressure jet cutting

A. check the high-pressure line is blocked;

B. check whether the sand blasting pipe is blocked;

C. check if the gem nozzle is blocked or damaged;

D. replacing sand blasting pipe, for comparison.


High and low pressure fluctuations are too large

A. check the high-pressure cavity integrated plug water valve junction leakage (to make sure whether the joint and the one-way valve between the sealing surface is damaged, the general should repair the joint plane; recognition between the one-way valve cone pad and the plug with the taper hole of the sealing surface is damaged, the general should replace the cone pad. Simple way: the overall replacement of the new one-way valve. ;

B. check after the plate baffle is Water Leakage (Water Leakage spyhole side high pressure cylinder seals must be replaced);

C. check plate baffle no leakage (leakage after peephole Y type oil cylinder side baffle plate sealing ring must be replaced);

D. to determine the pressure drop when the direction of the lights on the side (the light is relatively short time), known as the loss of pressure side;

E. check the lost water valve pressure end failure (near the hand check valve will be hot, you need to replace the one-way valve);

F. check the other side of the inlet check valve whether failure (forcibly knead tight plug water inlet pipe, in reversing indicator is definitely, when there are fluctuating, repair, change the one-way valve).

Commutation time is too short or two Holzer switch indicator light at the same time.

A. adjust the position of the switch (the Holzer switch to the direction of the high-pressure cylinder slightly moving);

B. check the reversing touch rod is clamped (power off, open reversing the top rod of the outer copper sleeve, the commutation component 11 out of the, reversing a tactile rod in the depths, with a magnet to the aspiration. If not suck that reversing contact rod is fastened. Recovery of the direction of the component, in particular, to pay attention to the direction of the magnetic column should not be wrong, should be able to trigger one end of the Holzer switch.


2 hydraulic system failure and troubleshooting

The investigation sequence is: oil pump motor set - Holzer switch - reversing valve - overflow valve - cylinder seal

Check oil pump motor set

Start the motor oil pump, check whether the oil suction pipe of the plunger pump into the oil

Not into the oil 1 three-phase power supply phase change (motor reversal); 2 pump motor group anomaly

Solution: 1 the circuit breaker any two into the line (or line) swap position; 2 repair or replace the oil pump motor.

The oil pump motor group, the second step of inspection.

(two) check Holzer switch

Turn on the power, do not start the motor pump, remove the Holzer switch, the Holzer switch in turn close to the magnet (attention, with both ends of the magnet test), Holzer switch indicator light / off. At the same time, the observation and Holzer switch connected to the relay is action.

Not corresponding to the light / off switch is damaged Holzer

Solution: replace the new Holzer switch

No action relay relay damaged

Solution: replace the new relay

Can the light / death, relay switch / relay Holzer no damage to normal, the next step to check

(three) check valve

Turn on the power supply, do not start the motor oil pump, the Holzer switch in order to close to the magnet, while the hand to the solenoid valve of the valve stem is moving. Can be repeated several times to determine its stability.

The stem is not moving valve work abnormal

Solution: 1 clean the valve core and the valve cavity; 2 to replace the new valve.

The mobile valve is normal, check the next step

(four) check the overflow valve

Turn on the power, do not start the motor oil pump, press the high pressure start button, to use the hand to the solenoid valve of the valve stem is moving. Can be repeated several times to determine its stability.

The stem is not moving relief valve work abnormal

Solution: 1 clean the valve core and the valve cavity; 2 replace the new valve.

The valve rod overflow valve is normal, the next step to check

(five) check cylinder seal

Open the pump motor (Note: do not open pressure) and take in hand the two reversing Hall switch which are very close to the magnet, also pay attention to the movement in the oil cylinder, and pay attention to how the two baffle plates after peephole no leakage phenomenon.

Two directions have no action or one direction without action piston seal failure

Solution: open the cylinder, remove the piston, replace the new seal. At the same time, the replacement of oil leakage in the end of the phenomenon of the oil seal. Note: when the oil piston is removed, the high pressure plunger rod which is connected with the piston must be protected to prevent the surface scratch or break. )

There are two action piston seal normal direction, check for other reasons.
